Jenee McClain-Bankhead
President
Jenee is responsible for the strategic planning and operation oversight for all newly acquired estates and for the daily operations of over 30+ properties. Her 25+ years of experience in property management, specializing in LIHTC and HUD Subsidized Housing, gives her the unique ability to stabilize occupancy and enhance the value of the communities in which we operate. She has been successful in building relationships with our community partners, bringing quality programming and resources to our residents.
Jenee holds designations from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) in Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Manager of Housing (CHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). She holds designations from the Housing Credit College through Elizabeth Moreland in Site Compliance Specialist (SCS) and from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) in Site Compliance Housing Manager (SCHM) as well.
Jenee is a Member of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, the Northern Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA), and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
Sebastian Galan
Executive Vice President
Sebastian is responsible for overall operations of 30+ properties (2,000+ units) throughout the state of Colorado. His 20+ years of property management experience in both HUD and LIHTC affordable housing programs ensures that operational benchmarks are met and industry standards are maintained at the property level. He oversees the creation and implementation of policies, procedures and practices that help streamline efficiencies for residents and staff.
He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management-IREM. He also holds his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), and Home Compliance Specialist (HCS) certificates from the National Center of Housing Management (NCHM).
Sebastian is a current member of IREM-Chapter 17, National Center of Housing Management (NCHM), and National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Joyce Walker
Vice President of Community Development
Joyce is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and facilitating the implementation of projects related to community development, where she manages a budget in excess of $4.7 million.
Joyce has over 10+ years of experience in fundraising and development and over 20+ years of experience in social work with families, children, and the elderly.
Joyce is a board member and advisor to the ALL WAYS UP Foundation. She is also a member of the American Society on Aging (ASA) where she contributes to community organizations and boards regarding housing issues, community resources, mental health issues, and marketing.
Joyce is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and Top Ladies of Distinction Incorporated.
